SPECIAL PURPOSE ROBOTS

A lot of our products started Life as Special Purpose Robots as a requirement from our clients. Jivaka And Camera Buggy are key products that were purpose-built for the clients' requirements to begin with.

After understanding the requirements, we brainstorm and design a complete product including all aspects. We understand the depth of requirements and visualize how the products will work in the environment it’s designed to work in. The design is carefully crafted keeping in mind ergonomics as well as packaging and transportation for the same. 

Post a 3D CAD design, we manufacture the products using the best quality materials like Aluminum 7075, Steel 316 grade, etc. Industrial techniques like CNC Machining, Lathe, Milling as well as 3D printing is used to create these products. 

We also Design the Heart and Brains of the system. Our Embedded systems include High-speed connectivity, High-resolution camera, and much more are designed to work robustly and allow products to be IoT enabled, allowing total control. High precious electronics are used for the project as required. 

To top it off in the final layer, products can be built to take advantage of any close UI/UX with Apps, Web-based controls, etc.
